USA - Please note as of April 1st we are no longer shipping to USA due to tariff and custom charges. We are actively working on a solution to bring DDP shipping so that all duties and tariff charges are included in the purchase price. If you wish to have an item delivered to the USA please contact us and we will be happy to assist in the meantime.

USA DHL Express - NZD $80.00 (Temporary increase due to rising fuel costs and subsequent fuel surcharges)

Please note: as of 29 August 2025, all shipments to the USA will be subject to duties and taxes, regardless of their value. Items previously exempt under the US$800 threshold will now require payment of duties before clearance.

Same Day Dispatch

NZ Orders placed before 2 PM NZT will be dispatched the same day. International orders dispatched following working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the following working day.

You may return any full priced item purchased from us within 14 days from receiving your order for an exchange, credit or refund. To be eligible for a return please see our return conditions and complete the return form found here.
