EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Mount Longboards of your decision within the 14-day withdrawal period by completing our withdrawal form below or by contacting us using the details provided on our Contact page.

Returning Your Order

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our New Zealand store. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they have been received by us.

Once we have received the returned goods we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

As Mount Longboards is based in New Zealand, international return shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping carrier.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

• Any other goods or services that are exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable European consumer protection laws.
