The Milkshake is the ultimate all-round longboard in the Lady Sliders range. Designed to suit everything from soft beach breaks to long peeling point waves, it's a board that gives beginners the confidence to progress while still offering the glide, flow and responsiveness experienced longboarders look for.

At 76 litres, the Milkshake has the paddle power and stability to get you into waves early and keep you trimming effortlessly through flatter sections, without feeling overly cumbersome under your feet.

The fuller outline and balanced 50/50 rails create effortless paddle power, early wave entry and smooth trimming, making it incredibly forgiving without feeling sluggish. A deep teardrop nose concave generates lift and stability as you move towards the nose, helping build confidence while cross-stepping and noseriding. A subtle tail flip keeps the board responsive through turns, allowing smooth direction changes and easy rail-to-rail transitions without sacrificing the glide and trim that make traditional longboarding so enjoyable. Built with a 6oz bottom and double 6oz deck, the Milkshake is designed for durability while maintaining a balanced feel under your feet. It's a dependable everyday longboard that will happily surf everything from small summer beach breaks through to quality point waves.

About the Shaper

Aitken Surfboards was founded by New Zealand surfboard shaper Lou Aitken, whose passion for surfing has grown into a dedication to building boards that help people get the most out of every session.

Lou has spent over 20 years surfing and more than a decade shaping surfboards. She first discovered surfing at just 10 years old at Sandy Bay, a place that remains closely connected to her journey and helped shape her lifelong love for the ocean.

Today, Lou shapes every board from Pacific Fibreglass in Auckland, combining traditional craftsmanship with a thoughtful, detail-focused approach. Her philosophy is simple. Every surfer deserves a board built specifically for them. Whether it is a first board, a refined longboard, or a high-performance shape, she works closely with each customer to create a board that matches their style, ability, and vision.

What drives Lou most is bringing other people's ideas to life. Seeing someone out in the water on a board she has shaped, feeling confident, connected, and enjoying every wave, is what continues to inspire her.

All deliveries within New Zealand are sent on an overnight service via NZ Post. Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched Same day. Almost all domestic parcels arrive the next working day, but please allow 1–5 working days for delivery.

Same Day Dispatch

NZ Orders placed before 2 PM NZT will be dispatched the same day. International orders dispatched following working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the following working day. 

Online Return Policy

You may return any full priced item purchased from us within 14 days from receiving your order for an exchange, credit or refund. To be eligible for a return please see our return conditions and complete the return form found here.
