Refund policy
You can return your MLB garment at your own cost for an exchange within 14 days of online purchase which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, complete with original swing tag and packaging, and accompanied by a sales receipt. Sale or discount items can only be returned if faulty. If the product which has been supplied is faulty then you also have 14 day to request a return. Once we receive the item we will then offer you either an exchange, store credit or refund.
Shipping & handling charges (if applicable) are only refundable if the original item is faulty or the item you receive is different to your order and can't be replaced.
Refunds will only be made to the card used for your original purchase.
If you're after an exchange item, such as a different size please contact us so we can reserve the item in-store for you.
Altered, dirty or worn garments will not be exchanged or refunded.
MLB takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and caps or hats.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
